about the job
The Treatment Selection Lead plays a vital role in developing and executing the Therapy Selection vertical, focusing primarily on a high-impact portfolio of liquid and tissue biopsy solutions for advanced-stage cancer patients. This position leads business strategy, sales operations, and commercial programs for both existing products and new launches, while driving regional strategy execution at the country level.
This is a unique opportunity to build awareness and deliver programs poised to transform patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, and Medical functions, as well as with external agencies, to support educational programs, digital marketing, and professional conferences aimed at healthcare providers and consumers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Drive regional revenue in partnership with local teams and cross-functional partners; maintain accountability for assigned sales targets.
Brand & Business Strategy: Co-create brand strategies with leadership and deliver comprehensive regional business plans, including actionable strategies for the treatment selection vertical.
Performance Tracking: Monitor tactical execution against cross-functional KPIs monthly and report progress to management on a quarterly basis.
Commercial Leadership: Lead teams to ensure the adoption of promotional assets and the excellence of sales operations; oversee key customer account management and messaging uptake.
Lead Management: Create and maintain CRM data and master target lists for oncology and screening; segment prospective leads for seamless handoff to the sales team.
Market Analysis: Conduct annual product and market share analysis to inform the development of the annual business plan and resource prioritization.
Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on competitor activities and latest developments in the field while maintaining a feedback loop with healthcare providers (HCPs).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years in consumer healthcare or digital marketing, ideally within oncology or molecular diagnostics.
