Our client is a well known MNC with global operations. They are currently recruiting for a Training Programme Manager (6 months contract, renewable/ convertable), to support their new projects.
about the job
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will lead a team of 2, to manage training programs.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Managing training needs: You will partner with customers to assess, address, and develop their tailored training needs for our products

Scheduling and enrollment: You will be responsible for collaborating with customers to arrange training sessions and handle participant registrations
Coordinating training delivery: You will work with trainers to schedule and ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
Organizing training resources: You will collaborate with the resources team to secure the necessary equipment and facilities (e.g., meeting rooms, labs) for training sessions.
Ensuring process compliance: You will ensure that established data handling and processing procedures are followed throughout the entire training process.
Overseeing training execution: You will ensure the smooth operation of all training activities, including subsidy verification, certification issuance, attendance tracking, assessments, validation, and reporting.
skills and experience required
- Experience in training management: You have a background in coordinating training programs, particularly within the Singapore's network of trainees, trainers, and providers.
- Strong project management skills: You have a history of successfully planning, executing, and delivering projects, especially in the training sector.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication, allowing you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational abilities: You demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to manage complex training schedules and logistics with precision.
- Collaborative team player: You work well with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Proactive problem solver: You bring a critical thinking approach and have a proven ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions when challenges arise.

- Budget up to $8,000/month, salary will commensurate with relevant experience
- Office location: Central-East, Singapore
- Hybrid working, 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home
- 6 months contract
- Contract may be renewable or convertable depending on business needs
- Candidates who are able to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement
