about the job
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will lead regional treasury operations by overseeing daily liquidity management, fund movements, and FX hedging to ensure financial stability. Your responsibilities include managing borrowing strategies, optimizing working capital, and providing detailed cash flow forecasting and reporting. You will serve as a key advisor to overseas entities on financing structures and banking regulations while acting as the primary liaison for both intercompany and external credit facilities. Additionally, you will drive strategic initiatives by evaluating funding costs, executing risk management strategies, and recommending financial solutions to support M&A and corporate restructuring. You will also play a pivotal role in modernizing treasury systems and managing global banking relationships to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field, professional qualifications like CPA or CFA are highly regarded.
- Relevant years of experience in treasury management, preferably within a regional or global capacity.
- Strong technical proficiency in FX hedging, foreign currency exposure analysis, and financial risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships professionally.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience navigating multicultural corporate environments.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the resilience to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
