Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability, while managing budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Provide executive leadership for all manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics functions.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with R&D and commercial teams.
Spearhead key expansion initiatives, including new product launches, capacity increases, and the implementation of new technologies.

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in food ingredients or manufacturing.
Proven expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
Ability to drive efficiency, run growth strategies, and lead successful teams.
Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
China market experience is a significant plus.
