VP Sales APAC -
The core objective is to accelerate revenue growth across the APAC region by targeting Airlines, Forwarders, and the broader Life Sciences ecosystem (Pharma, CMO, CDMO, CRO). You will instill a "customer-first" mindset, lead high-level negotiations, and design creative deal structures to secure market share.
Commercial Leadership
Strategy Execution: Develop and deploy regional territory plans and commercial strategies.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales funnel, ensuring opportunities progress swiftly through cross-functional coordination with pricing and operations.
Executive Presence: Mentor the team during high-stakes interactions with C-suite stakeholders, providing senior-level insights to close enterprise deals.
Performance Oversight: Conduct regular business reviews and forecasting, managing pricing strategies to protect regional EBITDA.
Team & Talent Management You are responsible for the full lifecycle of your team—from recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisals. You will set clear KPIs, foster a culture of open communication, and use engagement survey data to continuously improve the employee experience.
about the manager/team
Reports to the President APAC. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team with Strategic Account Managers, and Regional Account Managers with a hands-on approach.
skills and experience required
Experience in managing sales to pharma clients.
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
Minimum of 15 years’ operational experience of which minimum of 5 years in a senior management capacity.
