Daily Office Operations & Facilities Management
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for all employees, clients, and guests. Oversee the visitor check-in process, managing security protocols, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Facility Oversight: Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits to ensure the office is clean, organized, fully functional, and reflective of our brand standards. Address and resolve maintenance requests swiftly, coordinating with building management and vendors.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of all office supplies, breakroom items, and catering/food programs while adhering to a defined budget.
- Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with service providers (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance, security) to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Internal Support: Act as the first line of response for all workplace-related inquiries and requests via Slack channels and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Events & Socials: Plan, coordinate, and execute all internal events, including company-wide All-Hands meetings, team social events, holiday parties, and cultural initiatives, both in-office and off-site.
- Onboarding/Offboarding Support: Coordinate with IT and People teams to ensure all new hires have a seamless first day (e.g., fully-stocked desk, necessary access, welcome package ready) and support offboarding processes.
- Culture Champion: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience through small, impactful touches (e.g., "surprise and delight" moments, desk-side check-ins, office décor improvements).
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Space Management: Assist with desk and space allocation, supporting internal moves, additions, and changes (MAC) to optimize our hybrid work environment.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all office health, safety, and security protocols, assisting with emergency procedures and documentation.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Workplace/People team with budget tracking, expense reports, and maintaining accurate vendor contracts and facility records.

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail—you can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels, from new hires to executive leadership.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency with modern workplace tools, including G Suite (or Microsoft Office), Slack, and ticketing/workplace management software.
