Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), ideally in a technical or service-based industry.
Training Skills: Strong skills in teaching, coaching, and managing people at different levels of the business.
Design Knowledge: A good understanding of how adults learn and how to design effective training programs.
Business Sense: Knowledge of how customer service operations work and what makes a service team successful.
Leadership: Experience working with different cultures and managing teams remotely across various countries.
Project Skills: Able to manage projects, handle changes in the business, and use data to track results.
