Reporting into the Global HQ, you will manage an established HR team of 6 across Asia-Pacific to support ~200 employees and ensure operational excellence. Your role will:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for Human Resources across Asia-Pacific, partnering closely with the global team
Serve as a HR Advisor and Business Partner to the regional stakeholders within a global matrix structure, building key relationships to ensure effective partnerships and continuous business excellence
Oversee and manage a HR operating model including (but not limited to) HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll and HR projects
Drive regional HR projects on a need basis; including rolling out new HRIS on a regional level, working with in-country teams to manage processes and ensuring effective inplementation
- Lead, empower and develop a high performing team of HR professionals, focusing on high level mentorship and driving a strong people culture across the regions

skills and experience required
Minimum 15 years' experience in Human Resources; experience in a senior HR leadership capacity within a global or regional corporate environment is essential
Proven ability to navigate complex matrixed organizations and influence diverse stakeholders across different geographical locations
- Expert knowledge and understanding of APAC market law and legislations including Australia and Middle East
Strong background in managing multiple HR verticals, including HR operations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, succession planning and business strategy
Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, developing organizational capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Excellent consultative and communication skills with a track record of building trust and empowering teams
- Experience in industrial relations and driving collective bargaining agreements is a plus
