At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR within mission-driven sectors.
Proven track record in developing end-to-end talent frameworks, including high-potential identification and succession management systems.
Strong background in utilizing diverse assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate leadership potential and developmental requirements.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and consult with senior executives on organizational design and capability building.
Demonstrated ability to lead professional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
