key responsibilities:
- Serve as the Assistant Manager for one of the brand’s key shop location, located within a premier department store.
- Drive strategic business initiatives and retail activities to strengthen market leadership and brand prestige.
- Lead and inspire a large team to achieve commercial targets while monitoring individual performance indicators.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide dedicated coaching and cultivate a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Oversee comprehensive floor operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to global service guidelines.
- Enhance client loyalty and retention by delivering personalized services within an omni-channel retail environment.

- Proven leadership experience in retail management with a focus on driving collaborative team execution.
- Strong sales acumen with a motivation to drive revenue growth.
