- Work closely with senior professionals within the SEA Corporate Finance / M&A team Southeast Asia to support the origination and execution of strategic corporate transactions across diversified sectors, from client pitch to deal completion.
- Construct advanced financial models to evaluate complex business performance metrics and analyze diverse capital structures.
- Conduct extensive strategic research and industry analysis focusing on potential target corporations and general market trends.
- Coordinate cross-functional project management workflows and maintain alignment across internal deal teams.
- Ensure comprehensive adherence to strict ethical, regulatory, and credit compliance standards throughout the transaction life cycle.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- Associate: 4+ years of corporate finance and/or M&A banking advisory experience
- VP: 6+ years of corporate finance and/or M&A banking advisory experience
- Strong financial expertise in valuation methodologies and analytical problem-solving.
