In this position, you will oversee the comprehensive execution and lifecycle management of complex syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, acting as a strategic partner to front-office business lines.
- Manage the operational framework for a diverse portfolio of syndicated transactions, serving as the primary facility and security agent.
- Coordinate with internal credit risk teams and external legal advisors to manage facility documentation, amendments, and waivers.
- Provide expert operational guidance during the structuring and closing phases of new deals to ensure seamless implementation.
- Drive internal transformative projects, focusing on process automation and workflow enhancements to increase data accuracy.
- Act as a subject matter expert for agency processes, providing mentorship and training to junior team members when required.

skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field of study.
- At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience within loan operations, middle office, or transaction banking.
