This role is responsible for Sales and Business Development for Randstad Singapore’s parkover and payroll solutions
business, as well as contracting solutions. This aligns with our diversification strategy and plan to grow our current
temp margin.
The outlined strategy includes tapping into large accounts within Randstad Singapore’s existing client portfolio,
networking with other global Randstad accounts, and developing new accounts, including government clients
through the newly approved Gebiz membership.
Main Accountabilities:
Acquisition and Client Management
- Formulate a client development plan with the manager to support personal sales targets.
- Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in line with the client development plan, to attract
- business.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand their current and future priorities and
- to identify new leads within the Randstad Group.
- Stay updated on market and sector developments to offer high-quality advice to clients.
- Negotiate and agree on terms and conditions with clients before starting assignments, including the
- submission for RFP and following company policies to avoid commercial issues or complaints.
- Increase market share with existing and prospective clients.
You’ll get to:
- Use internal databases and external channels to support client development and identification within the specialised function or industry.
- Work with sourcing consultants who will screen, qualify and assess high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organisational and personality fit.
- Initiate and drive multi-pronged sales and marketing activities for business development with existing and new clients.
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from Randstad or own research.
- Keep pace of and analyse market and sector trends to support client's human capital development.
