This leadership role will drive the next phase of expansion for global flagship events. You will be a primary architect of commercial success, scaling the ecosystem through high-value partnerships and strategic vendor integration. Operating with a founding mindset, you will own the entire project lifecycle, from inception to execution. The role demands a disciplined professional adept at navigating the complex intersection of AI, and large scale event production, ensuring maximum market impact and profitability
key responsibilities
- Negotiate with and manage top-tier global vendors (production, venues, logistics, tech) for world-class execution
- Secure and close high-value sponsorships with leading AI firms
- Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to boost event reach and influence
- Oversee the growth pipeline from initial outreach to contract negotiation, execution, and post-event reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure sponsorship fulfillment and seamless vendor integration
- Monitor AI trends to maintain the industry's "gold standard" event offerings
skills and experience required
- Proven Business Development/Sales/Partnerships experience (preferably Tech/Finance)
- Strong passion for AI in fintech familiarity is a plus
- Highly organized, managing complex, concurrent projects with attention to detail
- Exceptional negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex value to C-suite
- Existing global/APAC crypto/AI network is a significant advantage
