My client is a global education franchise and currently looking for a Business Development Associate that supports network education franchise centers, functioning as both an account manager and a business advisor.
The role focuses on analyzing center performance, guiding franchise instructors, and driving improvements in business outcomes and instructional quality.

About the role
- Analyze center performance metrics such as enrollment, retention, and dropout rates.
- Identify underlying issues through data insights and instructor discussions.
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve business performance and instructional quality.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned centers to observe operations and provide coaching.
- Support instructors in understanding and applying the organization’s learning methodology and worksheets.
- Act as a bridge between franchisees and the head office, ensuring smooth communication and issue escalation.
- Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure consistent support across all centers.
- Participate in team planning, discussions, and performance reviews.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in business development, account management, sales, or related roles.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
