about the role
oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale A&A/Fit-out projects across multidisciplinary teams ensuring they are executed on schedule, within budget and to stringent quality and safety standards. Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, driving strategic planning, tender management, risk mitigation and contract oversight.

knowledge and skills
- bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field
- at least 15 years of local construction experience with substantial leadership exposure.
- prior management experience ideally with mixed used, residential or hospitality projects
- strong design and build experience in residential projects with strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- experienced in managing large-scale local projects and documentation process
