This is a senior-level position bridging strategy and execution to accelerate the brand’s direct revenue channels.
- Revenue Roadmap: Own the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth across several key markets.
- Performance Levers: Optimize customer acquisition and repeat revenue loops to maximize lifetime value.
- Systems Management: Oversee the performance ecosystem including attribution and conversion infrastructure.
- Regional Leadership: Partner with market leaders to ensure initiatives are commercially grounded.
about the manager/team
You will report to a Strategy Leader in the company and you will have people management responsibilities in your portfolio.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 8–12 years in growth or commercial performance, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Background in Health, Nutrition, Food or CPG is preferred.
