- to support the execution and management of syndicated loan transactions and corporate credit facilities.
- Assist with credit analysis by reviewing corporate financial statements and conducting thorough borrower reviews.
- Coordinate communication between corporate clients and partner banks in both agency and participant capacities.
- Manage KYC processes and ensure all credit documentation is organized in accordance with internal and regulatory policies.
- Prepare internal reports and regulatory submissions for management and governing authorities.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management or a related field.
- Has working exposure to credit analysis, lending, banking operations or equivalent
- Ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
- The ability to speak, read and write Korean language at a business level, as you will be required to liaise with stakeholders in Korea and handle business documents in their native language
