about the job
This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a proactive professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and technical after-sales support, offering a monthly salary of up to S$/4,400.
Execute comprehensive after-sales coordination by managing complex customer orders from initial inquiry through to successful delivery.
Act as a primary commercial interface between global vendors and internal departments including logistics, quality, and technical teams.
Oversee international shipping operations, including vessel bookings and the preparation of accurate documentation for global trade compliance.
Manage financial instruments by reviewing Letter of Credit (LC) drafts and coordinating with banking partners to resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate operational performance reports and provide specialized support for spare parts inquiries to maximize client satisfaction.
skills and experience required.
Minimum Diploma in a Business or Technical discipline with at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or supply chain role.
Proven ability to interpret technical documentation or basic engineering drawings to support product-related inquiries.
Competency in managing international trade requirements, specifically involving Letter of Credit (LC) and global shipping regulations.
Proficiency in utilizing Tier-1 ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications for data management and reporting.
Strong multitasking capabilities with a detail-oriented approach to meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
