As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of technical information and maintaining rigorous quality standards across the project lifecycle.
Design and manage a centralized filing system for all technical drawings, specifications, and project reports.
Oversee the full lifecycle of documentation including precise version control, numbering, and standardized formatting protocols.
Coordinate the timely distribution of critical project data to internal stakeholders, external vendors, and specialized subcontractors.
Monitor submission statuses and approval workflows to ensure all documentation aligns with contractual and quality compliance audits.
Administer advanced digital management platforms and generate detailed status reports to identify potential risks or documentation delays.

Proven experience in document control functions within the construction, oil and gas, or heavy engineering industries.
Proficiency in utilizing professional document management systems and Tier-1 digital collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of technical documentation workflows, including transmittal management and archival procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse project teams and ensure adherence to corporate filing standards.
