This is a newly created role as a n individual contributor to expand their partner eco-system and drive the adoption of AI Powered cloud solutions and to unlock new revenue channels, deliver integrated solutions, and accelerate go-to-market strategies.
About the position
Reporting to the Senior Director , your responsibilities would includes
- Design and execute the overall strategy for partner ecosystem growth, targeting global and regional SIs, consulting firms, and strategic software partners.
- Proactively identify and close ecosystem gaps by onboarding high-value partners across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector domains.
- Act as the senior contact point for key strategic alliances, ensuring ongoing engagement, performance tracking, and shared pipeline development.
- Guide partners in embedding AI and cloud services into their core solutions, ensuring mutual value creation and sustained adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, engineering) to launch co-branded solutions and bundled offerings.
- Lead co-selling initiatives, identify joint market opportunities, and scale integrated solutions across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.
- Represent the company at industry events and executive forums to build visibility and thought leadership within the cloud and AI community.
- Provide quarterly insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team, shaping future investment and partnership strategies.
- Stay informed of evolving industry trends, competitor ecosystem strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously refine the go-to-market approach.
Skills and experience required
- Relevant experience in business development, alliances, or partner ecosystem roles , including working with channel partners, including consultants and SIs on ecosystem building and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, cloud architectures, and enterprise solution stacks.
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
