They are currently seeking a high‑impact Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across the APAC retail market. This is a front‑end, hunter‑led role focused on acquiring new logos, building C‑level relationships, and driving multi‑million‑dollar digital transformation engagements.
About the role
- Own the full front‑end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, and deal closure.
- Drive new logo acquisition and consistently deliver against annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, VP Digital, VP Ecommerce).
- Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies for retail clients in assigned geography.
- Partner with Presales, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing to craft compelling proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account intelligence aligned to quarterly goals.
- Stay current on retail technology trends (digital commerce, supply chain, AI/ML, cloud‑native platforms).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
Skills and experience required
- Direct B2B sales of IT services, enterprise software, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong track record of hunting, new logo acquisition, and closing high‑value deals.
- Deep understanding of retail business processes, digital commerce, and technology ecosystems.
- Proven success selling into APAC markets with knowledge of local business culture and regulatory environments.
