Minimum 6 to 8 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, with strong competencies in complex entity consolidation.
Possess recognised professional credentials such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status.
Proven technical mastery of consolidated accounting standards, statutory disclosure requirements, and multi-currency reporting frameworks.
Advanced capability in navigating structured spreadsheets alongside professional familiarity with Tier-1 ERP systems or enterprise financial consolidation software.
Natural leadership attributes to guide accounting teams, paired with strong communication skills to manage regional internal stakeholders.
- Having experience within PERE or REITs or Real Estate will be an added advantage though not necessary.
