Reporting into the Global Chief People Officer, you will manage a team of 4 in-house recruiters, work closely with the C-Suites and support the business stakeholders globally ~1,500 employees. In addition, you will:
- Develop and implement effective in-house talent acquisition strategies in line with company's goals and objectives; identify and develop appropriate matrices and measurement tools to support the recruitment analytics and calculation of ROIs
- Manage all end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level hires and niche positions
- Drive behavioural based interview techniques across the leadership team; coaching relevant stakeholders on effective interviewing and communication skills, sharing talent insights and industry trends
- Partner effectively with external search agencies, job boards, universities, and/or other relevant organisations to support other channels of recruitment
- Work closely with the business on ad-hoc talent programmes including but not limited to employer branding, campus recruitment, HR projects
skills and experience required
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Min. 10 years' experience in regional talent acquisition within the technology / fintech industry or start-ups
- Executive level / C-Suite hiring experience preferred, with experience leading organisation change from zero to 100
- Strong communication and influencing skills, track record in supporting senior stakeholders on their business needs
- Experience with end-to-end HR programmes a plus; including but not limited to leading projects, campus recruitment fairs, recruitment marketing etc
- Able to work well with minimum supervision, results-driven and takes ownership and accountability
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; ability to translate data into measurable plans for the business
- Ability to work and communicate comfortable with employees of all levels
