Lead the development and execution of regional HR strategies across multiple international offices to support overall business objectives.
Partner with and provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders on organizational capacity, talent capabilities, and succession planning.
Oversee a regional team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of payroll, benefits, compensation, and operational processes.
Establish and maintain a robust control framework to manage people-related risks and ensure alignment with international regulatory standards.
Drive the regional employee value proposition to enhance the attraction, engagement, and retention of high-caliber talent at all levels.
skills and experience required
Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership capacity with a proven track record of managing regional portfolios within the financial services or insurance sectors.
Strong expertise in developing HR infrastructure and leading multi-location teams across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
Demonstrated ability to consult and influence at the executive level on complex talent management and strategic workforce planning.
Comprehensive knowledge of regional HR operations, including compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and budget management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a global matrix organization effectively.
