As a pivotal member of the people and culture team, you will spearhead comprehensive human resource functions and administrative leadership for the local office while providing strategic guidance to regional counterparts.
- Lead the complete lifecycle of employee management including talent acquisition, total rewards, and performance initiatives.
- Ensure all local personnel operations remain fully aligned with the latest employment regulations and governance standards.
- Act as a regional coordinator to harmonize people policies across various markets in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Drive the adoption and local integration of digital transformation projects, such as updated human resource information systems.
- Oversee corporate administrative functions and facilitate local engagement activities to enhance organizational culture.
skills and experience required.
- Possess a tertiary qualification in human resources, business management, or a related field of study.
- Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in full-spectrum people operations, including several years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to navigate regional coordination within a matrixed or multinational corporate structure.
- Deep technical knowledge of local labor laws and modern human resource best practices.
