This is a 3 months contract role focused on providing critical recruitment operations and onboarding support to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Manage high-volume interview scheduling and serve as the primary point of contact for technical hires.
Facilitate the post-offer process by collecting and verifying all necessary candidate documentation.
Coordinate the end-to-end work pass application process in collaboration with the internal global services team.
Oversee pre-employment requirements, including medical check-up arrangements and mandatory training sessions.
Administer work pass issuance and cancellation procedures upon the commencement of new hires.

Proven 2-3 experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or onboarding operations.
Familiarity with Singapore work pass regulations and application processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks under tight timelines.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Proficiency in utilizing enterprise-level HRIS or ERP systems for data management and reporting.
