about the job
You will be responsible for:
Full-Spectrum HR Management: Leading recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training, while ensuring all operations align with the company’s strategic goals.
Work Pass & Compliance: Managing the end-to-end process for foreign workforce matters, pass applications/renewals and ensuring strict adherence to MOM, IRAS, CPF, and PDPA legislation.
Payroll & Tax Administration: Overseeing the monthly payroll cycle including leave/claims integration and bank submissions and managing IRAS employment income tax filings via payroll software.
Lifecycle & Documentation: Handling all staff onboarding and offboarding procedures while maintaining meticulous digital and physical records (P-files, training records, and leave documents).
Systems & Audits: Assisting in the implementation of HRMS software and acting as the primary liaison for internal and external audits regarding payroll and HR processes.
Government Claims & Reporting: Performing government-subsidized claims and preparing HR data for annual report updates and management reviews.
Administrative Oversight: Managing office upkeep, pantry supplies, and service contractors, as well as coordinating business travel and organizing company-wide festive and team-building events.

skills and experience required
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong background in full-spectrum HR operations within the Singapore landscape.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore labor laws, work pass regulations, and government-subsidized claim processes.
Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel for reporting) and experienced in using Payroll/HRMS software.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage both high-level HR strategy and essential administrative tasks with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
