This is a comprehensive human resources role where you will drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle to meet critical organizational hiring targets.
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes ranging from initial candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
Design and implement diverse hiring strategies through digital platforms and corporate networking events.
Act as a strategic talent partner by providing data-driven recruitment insights and market trend analysis to internal stakeholders.
Facilitate candidate selection by conducting rigorous interviews, reference assessments, and coordinating with department leads.
Support broader HR functions including the development of internal policies and conducting employee retention evaluations.
skills and experience required
At least 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, with a background in the manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
Academic credentials in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and advanced candidate evaluation methodologies.
Technical proficiency in data management tools and common office productivity suites.
Strong organizational abilities with the flexibility to manage high-volume staffing requirements effectively.
