Reporting into the Senior HR Operations Manager, this role will work closely with the COEs and focus on managing the day-to-day HR needs for 300+ employees, ensuring all operational processes run smoothly across various work sites. You are responsible for:
- HR Operations: Manage the end-to-end HR operational lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and the issuance of legal documentation, while overseeing the administration of workpass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Business partnering: Act as the primary HR presence on-site, engaging directly with managers and workers through periodical face-to-face interactions to identify ground-level issues and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Employee Relations: Partner closely with the HRBP Lead to resolve complex employee issues and implement necessary workplace changes, ensuring that strategic initiatives are effectively executed at the site level
- Manpower planning: Collaborate with site managers to assess manpower requirements and advise on optimal staff deployment, while providing localized support to the Talent Acquisition team for all recruitment activities
- HR Reporting: Translate on-site observations into actionable insights, crafting detailed reports for senior leadership to help co-develop and execute innovative ideas for continuous workplace improvement
- HR Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and system excellence by maintaining accurate employee records and generating timely reports, while actively contributing to the optimization and enhancement of the HRIS and other digital HR platforms

skills and experience required
- 6 years of experience in HR operations covering the full spectrum of the field.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar area.
- Solid understanding of Singapore’s employment rules and regulations.
- Ability to speak and write clearly, adjusting communication style to suit different groups of people.
- Capable of managing your own sites and HR projects without constant supervision.
- Proven ability to work well with site managers and other departments like Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Proactively identifies gaps in HR operations and uses creative thinking to implement better, data-backed approaches.
