This is a 6 month contract opportunity to join a sophisticated regional human capital team focused on delivering strategic compensation and performance solutions.
Support the execution of the annual remuneration cycle including bonus and increment exercises.
Assist in the administration of performance-based incentive plans and long‑term equity awards.
Facilitate group-wide participation in major salary surveys and prepare benchmarking analysis.
Consolidate market intelligence and compensation trends to support management decision-making.
Provide analytical support for rewards operations, reporting, and specialized ad-hoc projects.
skills and experience required
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline with a focus on rewards.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in compensation or corporate human capital.
Advanced proficiency in data management tools and financial modeling using Excel.
Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to translate complex data into concise insights.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
