My client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (Salesforce) to support and drive enhancements across regional consumer platforms, with a strong emphasis on SFA, Salesforce CG cloud etc.

This regional role requires a candidate who can effectively bridge global sales teams, regional business stakeholders, and technical development teams. The ideal candidate will act track and report project progress, issues, and risks to the steering committee Completed Data Migration and deployment.

Act as the regional lead for Salesforce initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to localize and roll out global solutions.
Perform hands-on SFA configurations, supporting campaign build and execution without external support.
Collaborate with the global product team to capture affiliate needs, challenge requirements, and align regional initiatives with global strategy.
Engage in incident management by acting as the liaison between business users and global support teams.
Drive change management and user adoption of global platforms across local markets.
Collect and consolidate metrics for value realization, product improvement, and reporting

skills and experience required

Proven experience in Salesforce CG Cloud/ SFA, including hands-on configuration and campaign setup.
Background in either consulting or in-house environments, with a flexible and agile mindset.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially sales team.
Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic campaign design – ability to build campaigns without relying on external creative teams is a plus.
Solid understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP / REST APIs.
Familiar with Salesforce CRM, SFA, and other related tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of Martech tools and marketing technology platforms.
