You will be responsible for:
Coordinating the end-to-end logistics of internal and external training sessions, inclusive of all administrative work such as venue booking, registration, and material preparation.
Identifying eligible courses for funding and managing the full application and claim submission process for government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture, SDF).
Maintaining accurate training records, updating the Learning Management System (LMS), and tracking employee attendance and feedback.
Assisting in the analysis of training needs and sourcing suitable external vendors or programs to address skill gaps.
Coordinating orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Supporting other functions of the HR department, including recruitment assistance and general employee engagement activities.
skills and experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Strong knowledge of Singapore government training grants and the administrative process for applications/claims
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle end-to-end coordination
Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
