I am currently working with a well known company in Singapore.
Flexible hybrid working arrangement. 4 rounds of interview. This is a 2 years direct contract with the company. After 2 years, high chance of converting to permanent staff. Same benefits as their permanent employees. However, there are some cases whereby they will straight away offer you as permanent employee (especially when the role is very senior).

● Lead the modernization of a mission-critical national logistics platform that handles millions of annual transactions and serves as a vital economic pillar
● Spearhead the transition of complex systems from external vendors to internal development to ensure long-term technical sovereignty and agility
● Conduct deep-dive user research and experiments to redesign workflows
● Influence high-level stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
● Guide and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of clarity, evidence-based decision-making, and professional growth
● Identify and mitigate technical risks while streamlining large-scale permit processing and compliance systems.
skills and requirement
● Min 8 years in product management roles with specific experience in managing, coaching, or mentoring other PMs
● Deep experience working with high-volume B2B applications or complex enterprise-level software systems
● Ability to use "product sense" to make critical decisions in data-sparse environments and validate hypotheses through rigorous testing
● Strong interest or experience in process optimization to enhance user productivity and system responsiveness
● Enterprise system (with lots of backend processing logic): having good technical background, good B2B, large system experience
● Strong negotiator and stakeholder management
