Reporting to the Head of Talent Development based in Singapore, this role will work closely with Senior Managers across multiple business units in the South East Asia region. You will be responsible for:
- Data & Insights: Consolidate and validate regional HR data to create dashboards and reports that drive strategic talent decisions and track diversity metrics.
- Talent Development: Manage the operational side of regional early-career programs, including tracking recruitment, onboarding, and performance for intern and graduate cohorts.
- L&D Coordination: Partner with external vendors to organize and coordinate professional workshops while maintaining digital learning platforms and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Employee Engagement: Support the preparation, roll-out, and data consolidation for regional engagement surveys to identify trends and support follow-up action plans.
- Strategic Workforce Support: Support the planning and coordination of People Reviews and People Committees across Asia.
- Diversity & Inclusion Tracking: Provide specialized data support for D&I dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of diverse pipelines and inclusion metrics.
- Operational Resource Management: Update and maintain all early-career documentation, guides, and evaluation materials to ensure program consistency.

skills and experience required
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or HR Analytics.
- Practical experience with HRIS or LMS platforms to streamline the administration of learning programs (Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc).
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet management and visualization tools to translate complex regional metrics into actionable insights (Power BI/Tableau is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of development frameworks and training needs analysis.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; ability to translate data into measurable plans for the business.
- Experience in regional talent development projects and early career programmes would be a plus.
