Join a world-class project team as a Quantity Surveyor where you will drive commercial excellence and financial integrity across complex engineering lifecycles.
Manage end-to-end project financial health including cost estimation, budgeting, and detailed bill of quantities.
Oversee contract administration by managing variations, change orders, and claims in accordance with international frameworks.
Collaborate on procurement strategies, subcontractor evaluations, and the validation of external cost structures.
Execute precise site measurements and quantity takeoffs to certify progress claims and payment certifications.
Facilitate robust financial reporting by preparing monthly forecasts, variance analyses, and risk mitigation strategies.
skills and experience required.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction management field.
Minimum 3 to 7 years of commercial experience within EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in managing commercial contracts and complex claim management processes.
Prior experience utilizing Tier-1 ERP systems or advanced digital project tracking platforms.
Proven ability to operate effectively within a multinational matrix environment.
