At least 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle corporate recruitment, preferably within a large-scale multinational environment.
Proven expertise in proactive headhunting and strategic sourcing across multiple digital platforms and professional networks.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide guidance to hiring managers.
Advanced interviewing and assessment competencies with a track record of delivering high-quality talent under tight timelines.
Prior experience managing recruitment across different geographic regions and familiarity with modern recruitment technologies
