As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead market expansion within the Asean region.
This role focuses on acquiring high‑net‑worth private clients, promoting premium trust structures, and building long‑term advisory relationships

- Identify, engage, and convert high net worth clients across the ASEAN region. Build and expand referral channels with private banks, insurance companies, law firms, accounting firms, property agencies, and family offices.
- Conduct regular regional travel to meet intermediaries and clients.
- Present trust structuring solutions confidently to sophisticated intermediaries and end clients.
- Work closely with the technical trust team to structure proposals and close transactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals, referrals, and long‑term partnerships.
- Participate in targeted marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives aligned with business trips and client engagements.
- Work with the trust and corporate services teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Provide market insights to senior management and contribute to regional strategy.

- Proven track record in business development, private wealth, trust services, insurance brokerage, private banking, or related financial services.
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in individual sales performance.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with private banks, insurance companies, law firms, accounting firms, and family offices and ability to travel frequently across ASEAN.
