The Singapore office is expanding its marketing capabilities and is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support regional AI-driven marketing initiatives.
About the role
You will be part of the Growth Marketing team, supporting the execution of digital, content, and AI‑enabled marketing programs across North & Northeast Asia. This includes campaign coordination, content localisation, event support, reporting, and close collaboration with regional teams.
Job scope
- Support execution of growth marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and social channels.
- Use AI tools for content creation, automation, and analytics.
- Coordinate with regional teams for localisation, approvals, and campaign alignment.
- Assist in managing webinars, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Support marketing operations including CRM updates, lead tracking, and campaign workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing.
Skills and experience required
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing (tech/AI/cloud preferred).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content, automation, or analytics or passion for AI, cloud, and high‑tech industries
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
