about the job
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will lead a regional team of 30+ to spearhead the overarching people strategy to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture. In addition, you will:
- Act as a primary advisor to the executive board on human capital matters and organizational design.
Lead comprehensive talent life-cycle functions including strategic acquisition, leadership development, and total rewards
Oversee large-scale transformation initiatives to align workforce capabilities with evolving business models
Enhance employee engagement and internal culture across diverse geographical markets
Leverage advanced HR technology and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and measure initiative impact

skills and experience required
20 years experience in Human Resources; 15 years within a regional leadership role with a track record partnering with senior leadership teams on HR advisory, transformation and talent management
Exceptional ability to influence and partner with C-suite stakeholders to translate business goals into people strategies
Extensive experience in fast-paced consumer facing industries is a must
Proven expertise in managing complex organizational changes and scaling workforces globally
Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and modern employer branding techniques
