about the job
This is a "Hunter" role for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy. As the first point of contact in the Thai market, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the Beverage, Savoury, and Sweet Goods sectors.
- Business Development: Proactively opening doors with F&B manufacturers and other relevant clientele.
- Brief Management: Acting as the bridge between Thai clients and the technical/creative labs in Singapore to deliver winning flavor prototypes.
- Entrepreneurial Execution: Since there is no local physical office, you will operate as a "Country Lead," managing your own schedule, client visits, and market strategy.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Director based in Singapore. The team culture is lean, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. You will have a direct line to decision-makers and flavorists in Singapore, ensuring your clients get the support they need to launch products faster than their competitors.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience specifically within Flavours or Food Ingredients.
- You must be a "Hunter" by nature, with a documented history of winning new accounts and growing market share from scratch.
- An existing network within the Thai F&B industry is essential.
- Comfortable working in a remote/home-based setup without the need for daily office supervision.
