about the job
Reporting into the Asia Head of Talent Management and Strategy, this is a regional leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to drive talent management, people development, employee engagement and diversity across Asia. The job scope also includes (but not limited to):
Regional Talent Strategy: Lead end-to-end talent strategy including regional talent reviews, talent identification and succession planning
Early Careers Frameworks: Spearhead the project roll-outs of early careers programs, evaluate early career cohorts, implement a structured early careers framework to ensure a steady pipeline of emerging talent regionally
Leadership Development: Design and coordinate regional leadership development and upskill emerging leaders, including roll-out of core competency frameworks, coaching and "Train the Trainer" sessions; ensuring alignment with global frameworks
Employee Experience: Partner with HRBPs to analyse engagement survey results and run focus groups or workshops to drive meaningful organisational culture
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement DE&I frameworks that accelerate diverse talent representation within succession pipelines.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative team; working closely with business stakeholders, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, C&B and Talent Acquisition.
skills and experience required
Min. 10 years of Human Resources experience, with expertise in talent management, people development, talent and diversity and succession planning
Proven track record in managing end-to-end regional talent projects, digital learning content and talent processes across multiple Asian markets
- Experience driving early careers programmes, with hands-on experience in designing early career pipelines and leadership development journeys regionally
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence senior business stakeholders
Proven track record of translating HR data and analytics into actionable insights for senior business leaders
- Skills in Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Tables), HR analytics, dashboards (Power BI) will be an added advantage
