Oversee the end-to-end execution and administration of long term incentive programs to ensure alignment with corporate performance goals.
Manage annual salary review cycles, benchmarking exercises, and variable pay structures to maintain market competitiveness.
Act as a subject matter expert for the leadership team on complex benefits harmonization and executive compensation matters.
Utilize advanced data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
skills and experience required
Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in total rewards management.
Proven track record in the design and delivery of long term incentives and executive compensation frameworks will be critical.
Strong analytical competency with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for a diverse workforce.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience navigating large, matrixed organizational structures.
High proficiency in compensation modeling and familiarity with enterprise-level human capital management systems.
