This is a 12-month senior-level contract opportunity for a strategic Sales Operations professional, offering a monthly base salary of up to S$5,000.
Orchestrate the end-to-end pre-sales process by managing technical and commercial inquiries from global stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation and verification of comprehensive sales proposals and formal quotations in line with corporate guidelines.
Manage the transition of verified purchase orders into the fulfillment cycle, ensuring all commercial terms are validated.
Act as the primary liaison between production facilities and logistics teams to synchronize technical specifications and delivery timelines.
Drive process improvement initiatives to identify workflow bottlenecks and enhance the overall sales-to-delivery efficiency.
skills and experience required.
At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service within a technical or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP, is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including factory production and supply chain units.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and the ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements independently.
Educational background in a technical or engineering discipline is required to understand complex product specifications.
