● Reports to Head of Software Engineering within a tech department of over 100 people.
● Manage a diverse team of 40 engineers, overseeing 10 locally and 30 across regional hubs in Chengdu and Manila.
● 70% on leadership and stakeholder management, 30% hands-on code review, architect design, mentor junior
● Act as a key collaborator with other IT functions to align technical strategies with broader business objective
skills and requirement
● Min 10 years in Full Stack development with min 5 years in team leadership
● Deep proficiency in Java and JavaScript (React/Angular) for end-to-end application management
● Strong experience with Azure and modern DevOps tools
● Forward-thinking professional with an "AI-first" mentality
● Strong stakeholder management skills
● Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin
