Talent Acquisition (Singapore)
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Orchestrate the end-to-end hiring process for the Singapore market, ensuring a high-standard experience for both candidates and the business.
Early Careers & Campus Strategy: Lead the biannual internship intake and boost employer brand visibility through monthly engagement events and active participation in university career fairs.
Strategic Consulting: Partner closely with hiring managers to diagnose talent gaps and develop effective sourcing strategies across both internal and external talent pools.
Stakeholder & Brand Management: Build lasting relationships with external agencies, campus partners, and prospective talent while serving as a primary brand advocate in the local market.
Candidate Experience: Facilitate clear communication between all parties, managing expectations and follow-ups to ensure a professional recruitment journey.
Regional TA Enablement (SEA): * Collaborate with the SEA Regional Lead to refine recruitment policies and optimize process designs for the broader Southeast Asia team.
Oversee workforce tracking, including headcount movements and approval workflows for assigned territories.
Synthesize regional data to produce the SEA TA Scorecard and performance metrics for executive management reviews.
Talent & Organizational Development (Singapore)
- Performance Excellence: Facilitate large-scale talent initiatives designed to foster a high-performance corporate culture.
Succession Planning: Spearhead local talent mapping and strategic succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
Capability Building: Implement enterprise-level leadership development and functional training programs at the country level.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent development, HR generalist
- An industrial background is highly preferred
- A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with HR system such as utilizing applicant tracking systems, Workday processes will be preferred
- Familiar with sourcing channel platform such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn Boolean Search and etc.
- Passionate about HR technologies, working with people, and employer branding
- Strong Project management skills with the ability to translate vision into action
- Ability to navigate ambiguities autonomously
