About the Job
As a Team Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the team runs efficiently and effectively. Your role is diverse and involves:
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel for team members.
- Project & Communication Coordination: Tracking project milestones, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication between internal departments and external parties.
- Document Management: Maintaining digital and physical files to ensure all documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential challenges and resolving issues before they escalate.
About the Team
You will join a collaborative environment where you play a key role in supporting team members, and work closely with the CFO.
Skills and Experience Required
- Education: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field of study.
- Experience: At least 5 years of administration experience, with a proven track record as a Team Administrator, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle information with discretion, and upkeep confidentiality.
