This is a 3-month contract opportunity as a Payroll Coordinator to support a high volume of retail operations, offering a monthly salary between S$/2,800 and S$/3,500.
Coordinate complex staff scheduling and monthly remuneration cycles for multiple retail locations.
Manage time-attendance records and monitor new joiner integration during initial onboarding phases.
Maintain accuracy within human capital management systems and digital time-management tools.
Verify and process employee medical and transport reimbursement claims while resolving leave-related inquiries.
Provide administrative support for internal workforce reporting, including data filing and branch-level communication.

Minimum 2-3 year of professional experience in payroll processing or human resource operations.
Practical knowledge of established HR information systems and payroll software.
Advanced competency in digital spreadsheet applications for data tracking and analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail in handling high-volume roster adjustments and calculations.
Immediate availability to commit to a short-term assignment within a fast-paced retail environment.
