Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a critical leadership role designed for a seasoned professional to spearhead the total rewards strategy and lead executive compensation frameworks for a high-profile workforce. You will lead the Total Rewards team to:
Design and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with long-term business objectives and market benchmarks.
Lead complex executive compensation portfolios, ensuring robust governance and alignment with stakeholder interests.
Act as a key advisor to the remuneration committee and senior leadership on matters of compensation philosophy and regulatory compliance.
Lead the development and administration of sophisticated long-term incentive plans and equity-based programs.
Drive the digital transformation of compensation systems by leveraging advanced data analytics and modern reward tools.
skills and experience required
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 15 years of leadership experience in total rewards.
Proven expertise in managing executive remuneration and facilitating board-level discussions.
Deep technical knowledge in the design and execution of long-term incentive plans and deferred compensation structures.
Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and provide strategic guidance on governance standards.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence at the highest levels of a multinational organization.
