• Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
• Provide expert advice and guidance on market conduct issues to internal stakeholders
• Monitor and assess distribution risk, identifying potential areas of concern, and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Financial Advisers Act and other relevant regulations, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance within distribution activities
• Oversee sales quality aspects, including the implementation of measures to enhance sales processes and customer outcomes

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Finance) preferred.
• Experience in insurance regulatory compliance, with a focus on distribution risk and market conduct.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to insurance distribution, including familiarity with the Financial Advisers Act.
• Proven ability to review and analyze marketing materials for compliance with regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
